Scanning 4x5-Any Betterscanning alternatives?

Hi there, I am in the process of scanning 4x5 from my crown graflex and I find that my Epson V800 holders cut way too much of the frame. Would you the betterscanning holders? any alternatives maybe?
of course every tip or trick you could share on scanning 4x5 in genral will be greatly appreciated!

I've scanned that size neg with my V700 and don't recall that being a problem. Have they changed the holders for the 800?

Same here - I use the V700 with the Epson holder and no framing problems.

Sandwich the negative between 2 pieces of framing anti-reflective glass and place direct on scanner bed.

The bottom glass at 3mm thick gives best resolution
