Asking for a scanning service in Europe, is like asking for a dentist in the US - perhaps you should be more precise geographically wise? I have lived in 4 countries in Europe, and there are several pro labs in each of them.

I just want to second the http://digitalcopy24.de . They make a good job give the price - in particular the Imacon X5 scans (between 5 - 7 Euro per frame) are really good.
