These are images from Hitachi Seaside Park in Ibaraki prefecture, Japan.

The name of the park is a bit deceiving. The park is located on the east coast of Honshu Island in Ibaraki prefecture facing the Pacific Ocean. However the "seaside" is not a feature of the park; it's a flower park. We visited the park a couple weeks ago on a one-day bus tour. We had a great time!

This is the end of this series on the Hitachi Seaside Park. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves walking around the park. One-day-trips to places I've never been before are so much fun; what camera and lens to bring, what to prioritize when there's so much to see and only a limited amount of time to see it. This kind of trip really gets the creative juices flowing!
