I got this Schneider-Kreuznach Edixa-Curtagon 1:4 28mm lens yesterday.
Can anyone tell me the exact name of the mount?
I think it's a DKL, but not sure. What camera did this go on?
Has anyone tried one of these on a Micro 4/3 with an adapter?

Looks like it could be Exakta. The little spur part on one of the bayonettes seems different, but I don't have any of my Exakta lenses handy to compare.

Regardless, it looks like it could be a nice little lens. There are adapters for Exakta to m4/3, Sony E, and maybe even Leica M. Amazon and/or ebay will have them.

The other Edixa with bayonet mount was the Edixa Rex.

Edited...I've now seen a picture of the Edixa Rex mount, and it isn't that. Your first suggestion, of the DKL mount, is correct, I think. The Electronica had a Synchro-Compur shutter.

It definitely looks like a DKL, though there are a number of different variations. This looks like the Edixa variant due to the V notch just clockwise from the square notch for the mount latch. The Kodak variant lacks that. Also, "Edixa" is added to the lens' name.

Some DKL variants can mix and match and others are specific to only one line of cameras. In olden days there were people that would modify one DKL lens to allow it to mount on an otherwise incompatible body. I would think most (all??) DKL>m4/3 adapters would be cut to be "universal".

I have one of these Edixa DKL lenses and while it mounts (too tightly) on my Nikon->DKL adapter, the aperture control appears to be on the wrong side of the mount. Has anyone here used an adapter that works well for Edixa as well as Retina?

Dear blumoon,
did you solve the problem meanwhile?
If yes, would you please tell us which of the many DKL-adapter makers provides the right one for Edixa-DKL lenses?
