Schneider Tele-Xenar 75mm/3.8: Fit to LTM?

I was visiting my parents house today and remembered that I had a lens on an old Leitz Valloy enlarger that was something german and was hoping that it was an LTM lens. The screw mount diameter is too small, but wondering if anyone might know if there's such a thing as an adapter for this beast. It looks nice enough.

Haha. I'm making a homemade mod pinhole camera with a Schneider lens. Anything is possible. You'll need a 39mm leica screw thread adaptor.

How would you focus it?

How could you tell when it is in focus? Can't use the RF as there is no focus cam coupling.

You just hook it to an slr via macro bellows. Problem solved!

I guess it becomes a scale focus camera at that point, with a narrow DOF.
