Good morning to everyone. I am new to this website and forum, so forgive my duplication of question if the matter of matching Fuji GW 690 Series cameras to production years has already been addressed; but if it has not, then, does anyone know of and can point me to a URL link or other resource that would match Fuji GW 690 Series camera serial numbers to year of production?
I recently purchased a GSW 690 ii and the nearest the seller has been able to find prior to his sale is that the camera was produced in the late 1980s. After I searched online and found nothing I thought perhaps someone here with far more experience and expertise could help.
I am coming from the world of Leica, and as many of you already know, Erwin Puts, bless his departed soul, put together such a list for Leica products from the 1930s up to 2010; and I am wondering if anyone has done something similar, if not perhaps less comprehensive, for Fuji cameras and lenses. Thank you.

I've never seen a serial number/production-year list for the GW/GSW series.
Camera-wiki shows the mark II versions as having been introduced in 1985 and replaced by the mark III versions in 1992.

Welcome, you may be able to grab some information from Sébastien Lallement's site, his 'Links' page is outdated but use the links with Wayback Machine and you may find something.
