I've seen several posts regarding the Sears 35/RF camera. If anyone is interested, I just listed my black 35/RF on Ebay. Great condition, with working meter, self timer, etc. I had this camera with me in Russia and Ukraine, and there are some pics taken with it posted under my name, Harlee. The item number on Ebay is 120112243155. I feel like I'm practically giving it away, but I'm just accumulating too many cameras and some of them have to go. My loss is your gain! Harlee

My M5s need red dots!
Reminds me of the black Canonets of yore...
Good luck with the sale!

It's a clone of the Ricoh 500G.

First impressions.
I won Harlee's Sears35/rf and it arrived today. Cute little thing.
I first checked the battery compartment and out popped a fresh battery, thanks, Harold. After putting the battery back I began twisting and turning things to get the feel of it. I was surprised the meter did not work. However, after I put the battery in right-side-up it worked fine.
I then noticed what I thought was a crack in the lower right of the viewfinder. Uh Oh. A little more checking and I found that this thing is so compact that the lens was visible in the corner of the viewfinder.
In other words, everything works fine. Thanks, Harold, I am looking forward to using this and appreciate your letting it go. I'll be posting a few shots early next week.

I'm glad to hear the camera arrived in good order. You had me worried a bit, cause I don't know of anything that could be wrong with this cutie. I thought that perhaps I overlooked something. I didn't use it as much as I should have, but it served me well in Ukraine and Russia. Hope you enjoy it. Harlee
