I would like to find one. I am interested in using this film, but it claims to require special development - at least that its results are very dependent on developing.

What shop in the Seattle area could I trust to do it properly? Ivey is a no-go. They blow it with HP5.

Why not develop your own? If you're not going to do so, I seriously suggest you toss out the idea of using silver-based b&w and go with a c41 film. Even though you have mentioned in other threads that you've been happy with Neopan 400, implying that you've found a lab that does a good job, but if you're going to get the scanning results you're likely to be after you need to soup the film youself.
