Seattle Photogs - Photo Contest w/ actual prizes

Hey all,

We are hosting a photo contest called One Puget Sound. The contest asks photographers to consider the idea of Landscapes in Transition, exploring the variations in how this idea manifests in the Puget Sound region. It will seek submissions that visualize the beauty, the destruction, and the transitional spaces where the damage done to the environment is being combated in interesting and innovative ways.

The competition will utilize a panel of noted judges, photographers Chase Jarvis and John Keatley, to review the art submitted. We will have a party at the end of the summer to announce the winners at the Seattle Aquarium where your work will be on display.

The prize wil e a mid-range DSLR, either a 7D or equivalent Nikon camera, plus having your stuff on display the the Aquarium, and Chase Jarvis's network of millions of visits daily. 🙂
