ps: And while I was typing the situation cleared itself up. Maybe someone was working on the page, and left a door open.
pps: Ah, it depends on the page one is on, as this one does not have any non-secure items on it. The Home page does though. Perhaps some of the advertising is suspect?

Logins and Paypal are secure.
the linked jpgs on other sites are not secure,
and there is no practical way for us to make them secure
