Been looking for a Olympus Pen F and have come across a lot for sale with the mirror that sticks when the lens is attached. Otherwise, the camera functions perfectly without the lens attached. Is this a usual problem with the Pen series. Is this problem an easy fix or will it be very costly?
Thanks for your imput

I like the look of the camera, the lens options, its small size and yes 72 shots. I have been shooting with a 120 Holga at 6x6 I only get 12 per roll. And the Holga is not the best camera to reload on the fly. I'm looking for a good all round camera I can take on a day out. The Wifes Cannon Digital takes over 1000 on a card. With 72 shots i'll be able to keep up with her better. I just won a Pen EE late last night on the Bay, I'm going to try it out and see if the Pen series can fill some of my requirments. I got the EE real cheap and as long as it works I think I'll know after a few rolls if I want to invest in a good F.
Thanks

The shutter of the F series was greatly improved in the later FT/ FV series, and I rarely noticed any defects in offered FT/FV cameras. As a user I would pass the F to the collectors.
