Does anybody use an online selling site for their photography? I believe some sites offer a print service as well. Any comments, recommendations and experiences would be appreciated.

I've been using ExposureManager for 3 years now for selling some of my event work. I've been very happy with it and my customers have been pleased, as well. It costs about $100 a year. You set your prices. They handle the printing and all transactions. Can upload small low rez images. When an order is place, ExposureManager emails you to upload the high rez image for printing. Turn around is quick. It's also customizable based on how you want to do business. This is a link to my storefront at ExposureManager to give you some idea or what a storefront can look like.

Used to use Photoreflect. They're free, but I had issues with them. At the time, their site was always slow and bogged down. Printroom.com is another one to look into.

Good luck!
