Hello All,

I have been a long time lurker and infrequent poster on this site--so infrequent, in fact, that I forgot my password and just had to re-register. Anyway, I have some exciting news and want to share it:

I am happy to announce my exhibition "Street Photography" is being shown this month at the Leica Gallery in Solms, Germany:

http://us.leica-camera.com/culture/g...gallery_solms/

All the images were taken with Leica M6's and MP's.

The exhibit is made up of the same 25 prints that I displayed last July when I co-exhibited with Henri Cartier-Bresson in a show entitled, "Street Photography--From Classic to Contemporary: Henri Cartier-Bresson and Craig Semetko," at the Open Shutter Gallery in Durango, Colorado:

Leica has posted 7 of the 25 images in the exhibition--you can see all 25 images from the show and more at my website:

I always enjoy the collegiality of this site and all the great advice and inspiration it provides. Thanks. And thanks for looking at my shots.

Cheers,

Craig

Great shots!
Enjoyed your site, it made monday morning at the office better than usual. Now, if I only could make a living from wandering around with my M2...

Wow. You must be very proud to have your name next to HCB on that title! These are... of course... excellent photographs. Thanks for sharing the news, I'll bookmark your site 🙂

PS : This is the day I read great news about RRFers. Another fellow member just won the Carl Zeiss Photo Contest!

Thanks Ola and Phillipe! Glad I could brighten your Monday with some amusing shots! And yes, I was dumbfounded and beyond proud when I found out I was going to be exhibited alongside HCB. Practically wept like a schoolgirl in springtime🙂)

Unfortunately, I don't yet solely make my living wandering around taking pictures--but I'm working on it!

And congrats to whomever won that Zeiss contest!

Thanks again for looking at my pictures and cheers to all,

Craig
