Serenar 135/4

Picked up a nice Canon Serenar 135/4 for $32, just need to lube it but it does not come with the hood, just wondering what the threaded size is for the filter/hood?

Yup, 40mm filter threads. Official Canon hood is a Series VI one (marked for the lens), with a step-down near the base. Typically paired with a 42mm slip-on Series VI adapter, and a "44mm" lens cap that goes over the adapter when the hood is reversed on the lens for storage.

I avoid aluminum step-up rings/ hoods like a plague due to galling. Heliopan makes some fine brass stuff!
