Serial numbers list

Hi gang!

Just out of curiosity, is there a list with serial numbers and their year of manufacture?

I have a GTN, and am damn curious to know when it was made.

I would also be interested in such a list.
However, about 10 years ago I tried to obtain a list of Yashica TLR serial numbers.

In my research I discovered that most serial numbers of early cameras were not recordrd or kept.

It also became clear that everytime the Yashica company had a new owner the previous owner's history was lost or simply not kept eg serial numbers, production batches/dates etc.

I honestly think such a list of serial numbers for the Electro 35, 35G, GS, GT, GSN and GTN may be impossible to get. It may be possible to work out what each individual number or sequence of numbers may mean in a serial number. The year of manufacture has to be included in that.

Can anyone help with this please?

that's when they started making them. I wanted a _precise_ year for a serial number.
