May someone help me with comments or thoughts about this alternative.
Also interesting is the production timeframe.
Can't find this data.
And how compares the SGVOO with the CV 90mm finder?
Thanks,

The CV is very nice. Better (in my recollection) than the old Leica finders, though I've not has a Leica 90 finder for decades, and I still have the Voigtländer version. My memory may therefore be at fault.

Cheers,

R.

Hard to remember, sorry. Yes, brighter I think, but I really don't remember. Very well made: reassuringly solid. I've had the CV one since it came out, well over a decade I think, but I remember thinking when I got it, "This is at least as good as any 9cm Leica finder I've ever used." At that point, my most recent Leica 9cm would have been a decade in the past...

Cheers,

R.

Can't comment on SEROO, other than it folds down. 🙂 SGVOO is the familiar rigid design, has distance compensation, and brightlines. Metal build quality and brighness of view is excellent, but not likely to be better than the C/V equivalent. I have the C/V metal 28 and 35 finders and am truly impressed: compact, solid as a rock, and bright (I'm convinced they're multicoated).
