service for my 15mm?

Can anybody recommend a good place to send my 15mm off for service? It's no longer focusing at all at wider apertures. All shots are coming out blurry. I was going to send it to Gandy, but it looks like he's not doing lens repairs any more.

He fixes Cosina Voigtlander lenses, just not antique lenses anymore
