Service in the UK? RF vertical alignment problems.

I'm a new owner and have discovered I've got vertical RF alignment problems. I can probably live with it but would prefer to get it adjusted if possible. I bought the camera from the US so don't want to have to send it back and wait for weeks for it to be fixed, I'd rather just pay to get it adjusted.

Question is, where in the UK can I get it done. There are plenty of independant repairers about but whether they would have the experience/knowledge to work on the ZM I don't know. So anyone else here from the UK and can you recommend any repair shops?

As an aside, does anyone know what's involved in making the adjustment? Is it DIYable. Does it involve removing the top plate and would any decent repair man be capable of doing it?

Well, it seems I'm on my own with this one...

But for anyone in the UK who may be interested. I contacted Malcolm Taylor and he said he would look at it though he had never worked on a ZI before. He tells me he's fixed the problem though I'm still waiting for the camera to be sent back. He also said it wasn't necessary to remove the top plate to do the adjustment, but he had to remove a 'few parts' to gain access.

Mine is a tinnie bit out, but i can live with it. However, if it is DIYable (I have adjusted my mamiya M7 so it is spot on) let us know. Abit of detective work here, don't need to remove the top plate but other bits. Hummm will look into when I have finished the film.

I believe he said he removed the wind on lever and the hotshoe but I got the feeling there may have been a bit more to it than that. Understandably, he probably wouldn't want to give away all his trade secrets.
