The situation in Germany is grim, right now. Robot Kameradienst, the workshop that received all Berning spares when these stopped the factory service, was so dominant that barely anybody else has ever handled a Robot. And they quit a year ago, for health reasons, with no apparent successor.

I ran across this RoBoT repair shop yesterday and spoke to the man on the phone. He is backed up so don't expect rapid turn around time. As far as I can determine, this is the only repair service in the U.S.

Is 3R camera the gentleman that was Alpa trained? I used him years ago, can't think of his name. Do remember he was very, very good and a good guy to talk to.
