Yes, yet another R-D1 problem!
I am using an official Epson battery (fully charged) but sometimes the camera refuses to turn on. If I put another battery in, turn on, turn off and put the original back in then the cmera seems to start up fine.
So, does anyone think that this is just a strange quirk or a sign of something starting to go seriously wrong?

I reckon something is wrong. I've never had anything like this happen to my R-D1. Better get it out to Epson, if you ask me.
