Yes ChrisN, Thanks. Agree with your comments about improving the pictures. I used stock with no dilution to get more consistent temperature nearer to 20C here in the tropics.
My normal agitation regime is an initial 30 sec of 10 slow inversions. But for this roll, I did a full minute. Subsequent agitation is the usual 2 inversion within 6 secs for every 30 seconds.
