share your M9 post-processing workflow

There is some minimal sharpening with the Adobe Raw Converter- the default seems quite fine. Forgot about that as I never change it. I don't sharpen creatively very often if ever, again I don;t find the M9 files need as much work as those from other cameras. I rarely if ever have to deal with noise reduction as I shoot at ISO 400 and lower 98% of the time with the M9, and even at 800 I don't see much noise. My final prints are 20" long dimension. With the X1 which I almost always shoot at ISO 1600 I do the noise reduction in PS. Wrong perhaps, but my prints look good.

Yes - but that is where people go wrong - that initial sharpening is content- sensitive! Especially the radius slider is crucial. The object is to get an image with the correct edge contrast to process further. If you get capture sharpening wrong there is no saving the image later....:( I'm sure your prints could look even better.

I use LR 3.2 pretty much all i need with an external HDD to import into which i change every year. If I have a show to put up I tend to let a printer deal with it.
