Hi all, i'm sharing some of my shots using the Oly XA...and you guys can use this thread to share yours too.

For your info: for all my shots, the oly XA was set as such;
f2.8, pre-focus to 3m, Fuji Superia 200 but pushed to 800, developed normally, and digitally editted for levels and contrast only. Hope you'll enjoy them. Thks.

Why did you set the aperture and focus that way? That gives you a very shallow depth of field. Is that the effect you wanted?

APX100 in 1:50 Rodinal. The XA seems to handle shooting into the sun quite well.

richard_|: I wanted to make my XA an always ready street shooting camera, just compose, point & shoot...no worries abt how sharp or how blur or even what f number. So far, I've managed to get the shots that i want although some are sharp and some are not. Sharpness doesnt really bother me but i know that the XA can really produce sharp images. so, that's my reason.

Hoot: Yeah, the first was handheld...and i was in a double decker bus, is was pouring crazy that evening.

Sounds like Lomography with gear that's heaps better, very interesting shots! Whoa, seems like your lens vignettes a bit!
