Well done. Its wast to see you will love your M8. Its best when shared with the CFO. She will come to love it too.
 
Just tell'r that the M1 is the flagship model.... and it goes all the way down through M2, M3, etc... to the M8, which is just a digital entry model into the M-system. You'll be surprised.....! LOL
 
The funny part is that she was always telling me I was foolish for getting a huge camera like the 1D Mk2. Eventually I came to realize she was right. However, the quality of the images of the 1D mk 2 and the build quality of the camera were so good, i couldn't settle for something less than a Leica. You have to keep moving up in the world.

I have to practice with it a bit. I was on auto-focus crutches for a long time and have to get the swing of M rangefinder. But in the end it will be all worth it.
