Shoe mounted 120 rangefinder.

Did anyone make the above or perhaps a large format equivalent.

What would be the difference to a shoe mounted 135 rangefinder? I am aware of no accessory rangefinder that makes any effort to double as a accessory finder for some defined focal length, indeed most of them show a circular window - so all of them would do there just as well...
