Shooting 6x7 in Fuji G690BL

I'm still holding out the hope of finding a 6x7 capable projector.

In lieu of buying a 670, i'm thinking that composing within the top and bottom 100mm framelines and the right and left 150mm framelines will get me close to a 6x7 frame with the 100mm lens.

I'll try it out soon, but i'm wondering if someone has experience with this?

Finding a GM670 should be no harder than finding a G690BL or GL690, no?

Possibly so, but...
I have a G690BL
I would rather have two cameras, and
I don't mind not spending the cash --

besides which, the asking prices on the GM670 seem to have risen significantly lately.
