Lately I've been taking video and shooting in closed swimming pools and that places aren't far from baths in terms of moisture. In winter I for sure try to warm up camera before pulling it out from bag, now in summer it's not needed and no visible condensation occurs - nor on lens or camera body.

Though air is saturated with humidity, so upon arriving home I take camera out and leave on shelf. Problem is some days it were raining so I'm not sure it dried at all. Probably it would be wise to carry in a bag desiccant bags or even cartridges.

How about using hand made fabric bags filled with sugar, salt or rice, as these are known as hygroscopic materials? Efficiency compared to eventually poisonous tiny balls?

Take the lens off and whenever possible open the back of the camera.
If you have air conditioning somewhere the output is normally dryer than ambiant air around so you may use it. Dessicant in any form poses a problem about knowing if it is saturated or not.
A small electrical dehydrator is a nice solution and does not cost much (less than 100 $).
