Shooting in Phoenix Tomorrow (3/21)

I haven't said "shoot or shooting" in the last 20 years when it comes to taking photos. Too many paranoid, on edge people out there who would not understand the meaning as it relates to photography. In case you don't believe, the next time there is a political campaign stop in your town try saying real loud "I'm going to go shoot the candidate", you'll see how fast the Police or Secret Service can put you face down in the dirt. I don't invite trouble, I always say "photograph". With all the shootings/killings going on around the country many people are very on edge and it only takes 1 call to the Police to ruin your day.

Randy, my first thought was "pretty paranoid," but you're probably right.

So...if anyone would like to meet and make photographs tomorrow in Phoenix, drop me a note ;)

Go to the Music Museum and F.L. Wright's school. Both good spots for photos. Not much else there (Phoenix) unless you are doing a documentary of old people in golf carts. Nothing against that but it has been done to death.

I don't agree - the Phoenix and Scottsdale area have some striking scenery - natural views and very interesting architecture - a very unique place in many ways, but you need to know your way around.

Yeah, they could be real sensitive about that over in Mesa these days. If you run into any Whitmores, David, tell them I said "Howdy!".

A girl friend went there when we lived in Newport Beach.
It was her belief that folks went to a certain hotel, to see the lawn..
I would love to come, but subway doesn't yet go that far..
Enjoy!
