My better half just reminded me that we are going to be out of town that weekend, so once again I am going to miss out on the fun. I was looking forward to exercising my new street-shooting rig.

Steampunk not mean to imtimidate, Steampunk like baseball fella. 😉

My schedule is a bit uncertain. One of my law partners just passed away from a skiing accident and the funeral services are this Saturday. Not a happy time around the office right now...

OK, how's this...

Let's meet at 1pm at the Westfield shopping complex (the old Emporium, on Market St, next to the Nordstrom shopping center) at the basement level. That's their food court and you can find almost anything to eat. I'll have a Canon 20D out (that's a RF, right?) and black sling bag.

We can get a bite to eat, bs for awhile, and then go out and shoot around 1:45pm or so. That amount of time should give a buffer for people hooking up a little late.

Shoot around the downtown, maybe go up Powell, over to Stockton, through the tunnel, to Chinatown, and Northbeach. Get a brew, and head back.

How about I'll get a table as close to as possible to (in front of) Pasta Moto in the food court at the basement level. Will be there at 1pm.
