Shooting out of date P3200 TMZ -- Tips?

I found a stash of 3 year old, exp 2007 TMZ... Should I just rate it a stop slower at 1600 and develop like it's 3200?

I'd start by pulling it to 640-800, to see how bad the fog is.

I don't have any experience with the film you're talking about, but I'd test it at various EI's in whatever dev is recommended (TMax dev I guess). You don't even need to use a whole roll; take as many frames as you need, then unload the camera in the dark without having wound the film in, and just cut it off.

I came across 50 rolls of expired Delta 3200 (Nov 2007), which seems to be working quite well at 1600 to 3200 in DD-X.
