Best post ever, perhaps.
I guess RFF hasn't been the only place made crazy by the X100:

Pft, so what, this guy is trying to compare an X100 with an M9 with a Sumicon, or a Canon dSLR with a 300mm f/2.8 lens. That's about on par trying to compare my forty year old Lambretta 125 with a Yamaha YZF-R1. Complaining there is no IS in a 35mm lens! I'd love to see how people on here would respond if Leica announces integrated IS in the M10. Surprised he is not complaining about how the camera lacks the ability to pick lottery numbers for him as well.

I read that thread on DPR a couple of days ago, funny indeed.

Give him time.

Some of my favorites:
...My basic strategy is to stand at some distance from homeless people and teenage girls and take pictures of them without them noticing...
...Many of my pictures would have been ruined by approaching policemen and irate boyfriends without that creamy-smooth background blur....
...This lens deficiency (no zoom) means that once again I am going to need to adapt my hard-won technique, developed over many years, of standing with all the other people with cameras...
...Lack of IS is a problem because I drink a lot of coffee, and sometimes after being chased by homeless people I get the shakes....
...At first I thought that the RAW button was for decisive moments, but the manual doesn't say how you know when one is coming. Perhaps they can fix this in the first firmware release...
...For most of the first six months of owning a new camera or lens I take pictures of test charts with incandescent lighting...

It was a joke review, in case anybody missed that.

Even in the thread at dpr, amid the crowds applauding his wit, there were scattered replies assuming he was serious...
