And my Pentax digital spot meter?
The Pentax was bought used so I don't know its history and I bought the minolta new and have had it for years and it's never been calibrated.

Well I just dropped them off to be calibrated. so...

It's a good idea to send it to a pro. Calibrating a light meter is not as simple as it might first sound: they have multiple adjustments, and just because you can manage to get one to agree with a known-correct meter at one light level does not mean it will read correctly at all light levels.
