cool that you're going to keep your kit... as people said, the CV 75/2.5 is really good, also probably the 90 (don't have that one, so no first hand insight, but it's said to be a good performer.

While having a 75 is a good combo with the 35, looking at your work I think a 50 would be more versatile ... just my opinion. Most 50s have a closer minimum focus distance than the Heliar (1 meter) ... You have no problem getting close, and I think standing off with the 75 would reduce the intimacy you mentioned.

You could always get a screwmount 90/4 Elmar and an adapter to play with. They're great little lenses, and -really- inexpensive.
