Just wanted to let everyone know that I had a fabulous experience dealing with Richard @ Zeiss (NJ). 28 Biogon was exchanged with a very smooth sample after notifying him of a play with the focus ring. The exchange took a total of 1.5 weeks, but it was the communication that I was very impressed with. Those warranties come in handy sometimes... 😉
