I don't know what it is but it looks pretty cool.

Amazing effect... maybe not a standard Lexus color, but a few years ago Ford offered some variations on that theme.

Hey, Doug, I’m pretty sure you’re right about it not being a standard color.

It was like a translucent pink mother of pearl color painted over chrome (or something like that). If the sun had been brighter it would have hurt my eyes to look at it.

All the best,
Mike

Might be a wrap. Seem to be increasingly common, and a lot cheaper and easier than paint. Either way, I hope it comes with safety glasses. Yipe.

^^ With a Lambo V-10 in the middle, I'd R8 it "fast"! :D ^^
I wonder if that side body panel is removable for, say, maintenance access?

^ Very nice, Doug, love the red color. Is that you? Is that your car?

I don’t know what year this Ferrari was built (or even what model it is), I assume it leans more toward newer than older so I’ll post it here.

Mike, thanks, but not my car... The guy in the Mazda is the owner, David, who lives a few blocks away. At this point last year I didn't know him, but stopped to snap a pic of his car and he came out of the house to chat. And he demonstrated the interesting roof mechanism.

That red Ferrari is gorgeous... but then most Ferraris are!

This is my car... on Main Street in Bonners Ferry Idaho

Thank you, gentlemen; it does draw some positive comments... It also seems to be a radar "magnet".

Doug, that car looks amazing! I’m actually feeling envious. The color is unlike any Porsche color I’ve seen before. Is that a custom paint job?

All the best,
Mike
