Tuulikki caught this one as we were driving by. The guy was trying to attach a winch cable to get the truck up on a flat-bed as it had stalled in traffic - and on 4th Avenue which is at the moment being dug up for sewer mains replacement.

It looks to me to be a '50 Ford with custom headlight bezels and '54 Chevy grill teeth. It's top is chopped a it is lowered. Also the door handles have been shaved.
