Here are a few shots at the big Seattle VW Show we have out here every year. I'm always looking for COLOR and texture. My car didn't make the show this year...engine trouble 🙁

Love that LeSabre. My wish of the day is that, for just two years, car companies could (afford to and be allowed to) design, build and sell anything they wanted to, no rules imposed by anybody, and people could buy whatever made them happy, instead of everything looking like a Subaru from half a block away.
I know, I know: "Zees rules are for your own good. You'll eat it, and like it."

Thanks, Larry --- There was an explosion of auto size and exuberant design in the mid-late 1950's that we may now admire as historic. 🙂

And your Porsche photo... the background so nice and sparkly in contrast to the smooth graceful shape of the car. I've long been surprised at how organic-looking have been the various Porsche body designs over the years. It's a recognizable characteristic. The current Cayman for instance has a clear family resemblance to the above!

That Buick is a '60 I believe? As a GM aficionado, I really like the '58-'60 models. So unique but they all share a certain DNA.

Don't know what this old truck is at all. Porter, Indiana, Nikon S2, Jupiter-12 35mm/f2.8, Ilford Delta 100, Rodinal 1:50
