Show me a nice old car

It's digital. I put the camera on "B", open the shutter and walk around with the flashlight and illuminate the car as desired. Depending on the angle, various textures can be coaxed out of the darkness. Its fun.

Under the skin, this has a lot in common with the Suzuki Cappuccino ;-)

Sadly locked in the garage until after lockdown ... might not get out this year :-(

^^^ Brings back a few memories, as I had a 1959 Dodge Coronet. It was a 4-door hardtop, two-tone pink in color! Push-button Torqueflite transmission. :) Better car I think than my dad's '59 Chev Belaire 4DHT...

Looks a lot like the 1958 220 SE I bought in the mid ‘70s for 7 or $800. Would love to have that back. The car, not the money.

A lovely thing. Slow, but more wood inside than a Chris Craft, solid, none of this veneer stuff.
Many cows died to cover the huge seats. I’m okay with that.

This car was running down the road at an unbelievable speed. I had to scramble to get my camera turned on, up to my eye and snap the shutter before he passed me by. If I had been a second slower... anyway, behold the Nissan Bluebird or as it is better known in the western world the Datsun 510.

^^Qualifies as a well-respected sports-sedan according to US enthusiasts.^^

Multiple SCCA Trans Am 2.5 championships.

I can’t believe how nice this one looks. Either been hermetically sealed for 50 years, or someone has replaced/restored every inch of it, time, money and care usually reserved for something more exotic than a Datsun 510. Hats off to whoever owns this.

Moving 180 degrees in the opposite direction from those... Here's a junker abandoned Studebaker, half covered in snow and photographed at night illuminated by pale blue and green flashlight in a two-minute exposure.

Same car with the 1932 Baby Rolleiflex. Shanghai GP3 film, Rodinal 1:50. No, I wasn't the one who opened the door.

Setting up an old computer for my brother I thought he'd like a picture of his Speedster as his desktop.
