Well, I for one don't know... But I'll guess it's a domestic Japanese make taking some cues from Italian style. The logic there is the right-hand driver position in what is surely a limited-production vehicle. Somewhat awkward proportions seems to me, maybe better as a roadster. Interesting if someone knows about it!
