Do you mind me asking what the vignetting is about on your image? It's come on those from other people also but did not have the opportunity to ask...
Sure. The 75mm F8 Super Angulon covers 4x5 with slight camera movements. I mounted it on my 5x7 Sinar camera, I wanted to see the sharpness and light falloff at the edges of the circle. I also raised the camera front to frame the top of the tree. Back in the day there was not a lens this wide that covered something this wide.
Bare tree branches are a good way to see the sharpness (or not!). This I learned from Fred Picker of Zone VI Studios.

Ah OK, so it makes sense the vignetting is off centre due to the camera movement!!!
Thank you very much

Oh wow, this is fantastic. It reminds me the work Koudelka did with the gypsies. Excellent.

Thank you, Pan, it can be a Gypsy, I made that one in 1973 in the south of Spain, Ronda, now a tourist trap, but then still like it used to be in the times of Hemingway.

Very well done! Looks great, Kostja. I love the tonality and the sharpness, but the subject and the composition too.
