Hey Lflex that's a very nice camera indeed. Goes to show one need not have a black M for brassed beauty to appear
I also like the lines of the body, very Bauhaus. I have an old Mamiya (possibly a Prismat but I'm not sure) which has a little bit of those straight lines but not at all as nice as yours.

Sorry for my delay in replying. Yes, the lens is a limited edition Voigtlander "SL" 15mm Heliar in Nikon F mount. The adapter does not have a name on it, but it's made in Japan and is of high quality.
Unfortunately, I need to sell this lens (and other stuff soon) because my 17" macbook pro has died! The lens is on Ebay at the moment.
