Show Off Your FSU

Does your copy lock into infinity on the Fed-2? Mine doesn't, but locks perfectly on the Zorki-5 that it came with.

The regular Industar 22 and 50 lenses won't go to infinity with a FED2, at least an older one, as the lens mount is too thin. It needs a version of the FED50 lens which has a different infinity lock.

Cheers,
Dez

Moskva-2. Huge 6x9 negatives from this Soviet rangefinder. It's easy to burn through a roll of 120 film!

One of my Zorki-6 cameras was also delivered via FEDKA. Indeed you have less risk and they all have a C.L.A. You will get for what you have paid for.

My FED Micron. This is the original Micron half-frame camera, small and stylish. Selenium-powered AUTO aperture. No batteries required! The lens is incredibly sharp for such a humble camera.

I purchased this online a few years ago, it was "new-old-stock", still in the retail box, virtually brand-new AFAIK. It's a very solid and well-made FSU product. I think the CCCP "Kvalitat" symbol helped.

My Zorki-4, with Industar-26 lens. An extremely common FSU camera. According to the Princelle book (in the photo below) over 1.7 million of these cameras were produced. Thanks, GOSPLAN!
