Congratulations!
The baby rollei is a very nice camera!
Do you have some film for it?
I would suggest you should clean the camera a bit before using...

No film yet, I'm going to order some from Freestyle. I plan to clean the heck out of it! I've been working the shutter to get it moving again, I'm sure it's been sitting for a while, but it all works and there are 2 spools in it. I could not have been more lucky to get this. One side is missing the piece of leatherette but that's really it. What I need to find is a shop that can take apart the lenses and clean them inside and out.

I am picking up a Yashica-C and was wondering what you used for a cable release on your A. From what I've gathered the A and C don't have threads for a normal release.
You need a Leica-style cable release (also used on various Nikon bodies). Rather than screw into the shutter button it has a bell shaped housing that goes over the shutter and attaches to a threaded ring at the base. It's a little more fiddly to get on and off (I find) but once attached is less likely to fall out accidently. They're fairly easy to get hold of but you need to search for "Leica cable release" or "Nikon cable release" to bring up the results on eBay etc.

Five TLR's: Rolleiflex 3.5A (non-operational), Yashica Mat 124G, Yashica 24 (pretty rare), Rolleiflex 2.8C in near perfect condition, and the Rolleiflex 2.8E after a trip to Harry Fleenor.

A very basic TLR, but it takes pretty decent images for the small investment I have in it.

These cameras have an excellent reputation; you are fortunate to have one. They're rarer than hens teeth!

The one that took its place as my main user TLR. Both use Bay-1 filters and hoods etc.
Beautiful! Where could I find a strap like this?

That is one of my straps. It's a double attach point string neck strap
