Show off your TLR!

There's a lot of tasty cameras here.
I thought it only right that I should show off my faithful Rolleiflex 3.5F. This is my main camera - everything else is just a backup. :)

Decent image , but besides the fact that flexarets are nice cameras I always wonder how does someone ask a person to sit for him. We have enough gear threads , one about the social side would be nice as well. Maybe some tips? Thanks.

Simple.

If you're young and good-looking, it might be *friendly* interaction.

But if you're old and unsightly, well, it'll have to involve some money.

Adding my oddball here.

Can't wait for my other 2 rolleiflexs to come home and take a family portrait

who wouldn't be zealous with a rollei? :D

you mentioned you have a couple more rolleis on the way... which models again?

I have a 3.5F planar (currently with Harry Fleenor for a full CLA) and an earlier version of automat model 2 with Xenar lens ( currently with Mark Hansen for shutter CLA).

As I really enjoyed using my 1st rollei, a Automat Xenar so I got the 3.5F planar almost immediately. I got the beater Tessar to experiment on/ pass the time while I wait for their return. The beater Tessar was a pleasant surprise and I bought at a far lower price than these 2 (and it still works).

Here are pics of them prior to them heading off for their CLA respectively.

Here it is, the TLR I have longed forever for. Only last month did i finally identify the camera as an Early Rolleiflex T and then found this guy.
This cutie looks and works like it has just exited the factory. Sorry for the iDork shot but I have no digital cameras anymore :D.
