Very nice -- disorienting, almost!

Here's a few from a recent roll. Rolleiflex 3.5 Automat, regular lens, HP5+. Taken while on vacation at UC Berkeley. You can actually see the rain in the last shot - zoom in on the upper right corner. Pretty cool!

Anyway, just goes to show what you can do with a regular camera and the stock lens. I know I always overpack gear, so it's cool to go out and do back to basics stuff...
My thoughts exactly. This was on a six week trip to Europe, Automat, Tri-X was all I had.

I've been asked to take photos at the annual end of season party for a local business - 'as long as you use film'. It sounds like a chore, but it's also a bit exciting. Trying to allow for 6pm light two weeks hence, I exposed a roll of HP5+ at 800 and developed in Diafine using minimal agitation (just the twirly stick rather than inversions to minimise grain) just taking some photos of anything. I want to minimise the chance of anything unexpected (and I will take the Monochrom for just that situation.)
