Show us your SLR ..... WHAT?

btw in case you are wondering, the little (lol, only by comparison) Zuiko is within shouting distance of the MP performance wise. and not in that bull**** 90% of the performance for 50% of the price way either, but really and truly it runs with the MP. The Olympus is a bit lower on contrast, but that has always been true of the brand. Fine detail contrast of both lenses is INTENSE.

How do you find the Olympus?

How do you find the Olympus?

I like it.

Sort of.

I'd rather use the OM-1, but I cant use the Series 2 screen with it and to be fair the metering, either the spot or the off-the-film in aperture priority mode, is really good.

If you aren't going to shoot the Zeiss ZF lenses or maybe Leitax'd Leica R lenses, I'd recommend it over the Nikon since Im not too hot on Nikkors (some exceptions apply, but in general I prefer the high end Zuikos to the high end manual Nikkors). I'd probably recommend an OM-4ti over the 2SP though. I don't think you would regret spending a bit more to get the multi-spot metering and a circuit that can legitimately turn off.

Helium dependent...
;-)

Fantastic camera but it's a heavy beast so I had to make a strap that was better at distributing the weight.
It's a great body for R glass but I'm still using my R6.2 for the important stuff.

I copied the design from Vulture Equipment Works. (Google is your friend ;))

This thing is heavy as a brick, but oddly doesn't feel that well built. I bought it because of the waist level finder. The look probably inspired the Cylons from the original Battlestar Galactica.

A friend dropped this by the house for me to try out
