interesting pointers about Tokina lenses Johan. how fast do they focus on your Nikon cameras?
been quite underwhelmed about Sigma build quality, though haven't used latest Art lenses.

philipus, you posted that picture on another site that only allows members to see it, so, I can't see it.
I don't think I shared this one before (and if I did, I apologize) but this is my Canon EOS 1Ds with my previous copy of the 50/1.8 II that broke into two parts....

Thanks Addy, does it work now?
Btw, funny (in the peculiar sense of the word) you should post the picture of the broken nifty fifty. Just this evening I repaired sticky focus on my EF 50/1.4.

The trusty Nikon D700 with my three do-it-all Tokina lenses: 3.5-4.5/20-35mm AT-X (the sharper 1990s version), 2.8/28-70mm At-X Pro (Angenieux clone) and the 2.8/80-200mm AT-X Pro.
Nice Tokina kit. Optically fine, but pretty heavy from my experience.

My P6 with metered prism. A rather svelte camera with WLF, turns into a brute with this enormous hump of a finder. Looks nasty, in a good way.

That looks as though it ought to be fixed high up on a street corner. Hang on though! You didn't get it from...?

The chrome on the Voigtländer Ultramatic CS is truly amazing!

Sort of an SLR. Sort of a rangefinder, too?

I agree, a mirrorless should be in the "show us your MILC" thread :angel:I'm shameless and even I think this is wrong to do!
