I lugged my Agfa folder with me around the Juneau area. Just to make snaps of family and scenery. My folder has the Apotar lens which can be good when the stars align...my biggest hinderence with MF is scanning. The Epson V500 just doesn't meet my standards scanning MF film.
But its darn fun using the Agfa, and as we all know, its nice and compact 🙂
For those who have suggested uncoated lenses aren't for slide films 🙂 Last time in Oaxaca I decided ( what the heck ) I'm going to try some Provia 100 for a couple of rolls ,
turns out they were my favorite pics . Imagine , one lens and an old folder , I may leave
my other gear at home for travel ! Peter
Couple of pics from the first roll through a recently acquired Zeiss Ikonta 530. I'm new to: folders, the long bellows, this whopper of a negative. I'll take a few rolls to get a feel for it all, there's missed frames from my handling mistakes, bad focus and exposure blunders, crummy compositions... all part of the journey. Love it!
Going frugal on the film and processing while the training wheels are on. Illford Delta 100, processed at a lab, scanned by me on an old Epson 4870.
