hi guys,

another question for y'all- does shutter capping go from left to right or right to left on the print? the lens reverses the image, so i'm confused.

this is what I'm talking about.

(still don't know how to embed...)

I know my shutter had some capping issues. but I fixed that. but it's still there, just a touch, in some of my newer negs (not scanned yet). and that mysterious dark line is also still there. but that is a dev problem I think.

the crazy thing is- I put a roll of E6 through my M2 a while back. ZERO problems.

the cursed M2 is back😱
or maybe I need to clean my dev tank better:bang:

cheers.

would this be the shutter starting closed, then opening up or the shutter starting open, then closing? I've seen other pics with the right hand side black. which makes sense... because the image is flipped, yeah?

so:
right side black = 2nd curtain faster
left side black = 1st curtain faster

am I right? kinda?

thanks guys.
