Hi RFFer's, my Zorki 4 came in today and I was quite happy with everything. That is, until I realized that the numbers on the shutter dial DID NOT correspond with the actual shutter speed (eg 1/250 on the dial is actually 1/100, 1/125 is actually 1/500, the actual BULB function is closer to the 1/1000 position than "B"). Oh dear. Any ideas on a fix that requires minimum tinkering - I destroyed my last Zorki that way .

The numbers only line up when the shutter is cocked. There is a small grub screw on the side of the dial, loosen this and adjust the position.

There are two grub screws in the side of the shutter speed dial. You could loosen them and align it with the speed of your choice (when cocked).
